POLYTANCRETE NGT is a polymeric liquid admixture, useful for increasing the strength of concrete or mortar by reducing the water content of the mix. It is also useful for modifying and improving several properties of fresh or hardened concrete.

Advantage
- POLYTANCRETE NGT reduces the water/ cement ratio considerably while maintaining the workability.
Instructions for use
- Calculate the gauging water, by 10% to 25% volume reduction.
- Polytancrete NGT is water soluble and is to be added to the gauging water i.e. water to be mixed in the concrete / mortar.
- Add 150 ml to 400 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement depending upon requirements of slump or workability of concrete. Use 150 ml per 50 kg bag of cement for waterproof plaster.
- It is desirable to have trial mixes to assess the actual effect of the ingredients under field conditions.
Conformance
Confirms to ASTMC – 494 Type F and IS 9103 for chemical admixture.
Packing
1, 5, 20, 200 ltrs. HDPE containers.
Storage and Shelf life
It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original containers in a cool, dry place. |
