Polytancrete NGT

POLYTANCRETE NGT is a polymeric liquid admixture, useful for increasing the strength of concrete or mortar by reducing the water content of the mix. It is also useful for modifying and improving several properties of fresh or hardened concrete.

Polytancrete AEA

POLYTANCRETE – AEA is  an  aqueous  solution  of  highly  purified  and  modified  salts  of   a  sulphonated  hydrocarbon.  It  provides  stable and  predictable air  contents in  concrete,  with  uniform  air  bubbles spacing  throughout   the  concrete  mix.  It is supplied   as   brown   colored  liquid,   dispersible in  water.

Polytancrete CL

POLYTANCRETE -CL is a chloride free, ready to use, Calcium Nitrite based admixture. It is supplied as brown colored liquid, dispersible in water. In POLYTANCRETE -CL, Calcium Nitrite is an active ingredient which reacts chemically to interrupt chloride induced corrosion.

POLYTANCRETE –CL interacts with the surface of reinforcing steel to form an effective barrier which prevents chlorides in the concrete from attacking the steel and thereby protecting the steel reinforcement from corroding.

Polytancrete IWL

POLYTANCRETE IWL is specially formulated admixture, based on organic polymer with other chemicals. It is supplied as light brown colored liquid, dispersible in water. It reacts with water soluble compounds, present in concrete / mortar and converts into insoluble, stable silicates and forms internal barrier against water penetration.

POLYTANCRETE - SF is specially formulated admixture based on modified carboxylic ether. It produces flowing concrete, that is able to consolidate under its own weight. It is supplied as reddish colored liquid, miscible with water.

POLYTANCRETE VMA 349 is specially formulated admixture based on acrylic polymer. It is supplied as chloride free, milky white coloured liquid, having specific gravity 1.00.

POLYTANCRETE VMA 349 is added to concrete mix as the last ingredient, to control the flow, segregation, sedimentation & bleed of the concrete mix.

Sunplex

SUNPLEX is an admixture in a powder from and compensates shrinkages in cement based mixes like grout, mortar and concrete. The stabilizer of the admixture provides homogeneity, counteracts intrinsic shrinkage and settling characteristics while the plasticiser helps to achieve high workability.

Sun D Frost

In cold weather concreting, concrete undergoes freezing and hence cannot develop the required compressive strength due to lack of hydration

SUN D FROST protects concrete from freezing until it has attained a compressive strength of at least 3.5 N/mm². This concrete then does not get affected by the exposure to a single freezing cycle.
