POLYFILL - AR is a specially formulated crack repair material. It is a pure acrylic based polymer modified ready to use paste.
USES
Crack filler for plasters, IPS, cement sand screeds and non-structural cracks.

PROPERTIES
Plastic Density : 1300 Kg/m3
Application Thickness : Max. 15 mm
Final setting time at 30°C : 12 hrs
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Chase out the cracks to V groove.
- Clean the surface to remove dust etc. preferably with air-blower.
- Moisten the surface.
- Fill the grooves with the ready mix paste POLYFILL-AR and finish with spatula.
- Inspect the surface after 6 to 8 hours and if the material has been sucked inside the groove, provide second layer and finish as required.

1 Kg covers approx. 25 RM for 8 mm thick and 6 mm depth crack
PACKING
1, 5, kgs HDPE containers.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in original containers in a cool, dry place. |
