DESCRIPTION
POLYALK- CP 293 is corrosion inhibitor admixture to protect rebars from corrosion induced by chloride ions as well as due to carbonation of concrete. It forms a unimolecular protective layer on the surface of steel which inhibits corrosion.

3. RCC structures exposed to corrosive environments
4. Bridges, highways, chlorinating plants, sewerage systems

INSRUCTIONS FOR USE
POLYALK- CP 293 is used as an admixture. It is added to the batch water during mixing of cement, sand and aggregates. It may be added to ready mix truck at the concrete plant or at a job site. The recommended dosage rate is 0.5 to 1.0 % by weight of cement depending upon severity of corrosion environment. It is compatible with other SUNANDA admixtures but should be added separately.
