DESCRIPTION
POLYCOAT BT is a one component coating, specially developed to act as heat barrier. It forms a tough, resilient film upon drying. It is ready to use coating which requires no thinning. Being water based it is safe to handle and use. It is ecofriendly.
APPLICATIONS
Excellent adhesion to primed concrete surfaces, mortars, screeds and variety of other surfaces make POLYCOAT BT an ideal choice as sandwitch membrane.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Stir the contents well and then apply by trowel.
SURFACE PREPARATION
To achieve maximum performance, it is extremely important that,
- Surface should be free from dust, oil, grease etc.
- Use sand blasting or high pressure water jetting to get clean, dust free sound surface.

PACKING
20, 200 ltrs in HDPE / MS containers.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in original packing in a cool, dry place.
NOTE: The product has tendency to dry up, specially in low humidity regions. It may then be difficult to takeout the material from containers. In such situations, cut open the containers from top and add enough water under stirring so as to achieve a trowellable consistency. |
