DESCRIPTION
SUNEPOXY 378 is epoxy based two-pack-bonding agent. This adhesive material has high bond strength and is capable of transmitting stresses at bond interface.
USES
- Excellent adhesive for bonding concrete with steels ceramic or wood material.
- Self levelling epoxy screed.
- Bonding agent for bonding sprayed concrete, shortcrete, gunite layers to old concrete.
- Protective surface and floor coatings.
- Fixing of foundation bolts in concrete.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Surface Preparation
- To obtain good adhesion it is necessary to have clean and sound substrate.
- Concrete surface should be cleaned to remove laitance, dust, dirt, oil, grease etc. by grinding, wire brushing, chipping, sandblasting, blowing etc.
Mixing and Application
- Mix and Hardener H78 thoroughly in proportion of 1:0.4 - 0.5 by weight. Use mechanical stirrer preferably.
- Apply on the clean, sound and dry substrate by brush.
- Place concrete / cement plaster / gunite on the SUNEPOXY 378 layer immediately as long as the bond coat is tacky.

COVERAGE
3.5 –5 m2/Kg on level surface.
PRECAUTIONS
All necessary precautions for handling and storage of epoxy should be followed including safety of health and equipments.
PACKING, STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
1, 5, 20 kgs. in HDPE / MS containers with shelf life of 6 months when stored in original packing in a cool, dry place. |
