DESCRIPTION
SUNEPOXY WB is a water dispersed epoxy resin coating , specially formulated for floor and wall surfaces, which are subjected to repeated scrubbing and where long term stain resistance is of prime importance. It protects floors from common chemical spills and provides durable and aesthetically pleasant floor surface. This coating can be applied both on green and set concrete.

APPLICATIONS
SUNEPOXY WB is an ideal in areas with rising dampness or on green concrete where it also helps in curing of concrete.
This abrasion resistant coating is recommended in following areas
1. Schools, Hospitals, commercial kitchens
2. Wet areas – showers, locker rooms, packing & storage areas of vegetables.
3. Dairies, food processing plants.
4. High humidity areas etc.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free of any oily residue which will interfere with proper adhesion. SUNEPOXY WB may be applied by brush, roller or airless spray. Apply in two coats, second coat at right angles to the first coat after it has dried but within 24 hour. For further assistance contact CONCRETE MATERIAL CONSULTANCY DIVISION (CMCD).
COVERAGE
Each 1 kg pack is sufficient to treat approximately 1.4 m2, when applied to the minimum thickness of 200 micron wet film per coat in two coats.
PACKING
1, 5, 20 kgs in MS containers.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It has a shelf life of 3 months when stored in original packing in a cool, dry place. |
