DESCRIPTION
SUNEPITOP 478 is a two pack epoxy coating specially developed to render work floors resistant to abrasion and chemical attack. It gives a dust free floor which is also aesthetically pleasing. It is available in a variety of colours.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Surface preparation:
To achieve maximum performance, it is extremely important that,
1. Surface should be free from chalking and any contamination
2. Use sand blasting or high pressure water jetting to get clean, dust free sound surface.
Application can be done by
1. Spray – Airless spray
2. Brush
3. Roller – may be used
Conditions during application
Good ventilation is required in confined areas for proper drying, the coating should not be exposed to oil, chemicals or mechanical stress until fully cured.
COVERAGE
Approximately 3.5 - 4.5 m2 / kg on level surface.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF TOOLS & EQUIPMENTS
It is advisable to clean the tools and equipments by using solvents as toluene, xylene etc
PACKING
1, 5, 20 kgs in HDPE / MS containers.
STORAGE AND SHELL LIFE
It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original packing in a cool, dry place. |
