CURING COMPOUNDS - SUNPOLICURE
Water Based Curing Compound : Clear & Pigmented

SUNPOLICURE is curing compound for concrete or mortar, which eliminates the usual water curing process.

Often external water curing may get neglected due to :

1. Shortage or scarcity of water
2. Shortage of salt-free water. (Presence of sulphates and chlorides is particularly undesirable)
3. Shortage of labour
4. Labourers and persons concerned may be ignorant about the importance of curing.
5. Additional cost involved in curing for the full specified period.
6. To overcome these difficulties, SUNPOLICURE is used as a viable solution for
   concrete curing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Wet the deshuttered concrete thoroughly with water.
2. Make sure that the entire surface has been wetted once to compensate for losses due to evaporation which may have occurred until then.
3. Apply SUNPOLICURE by brush, hand-operated or powered spray-gun as soon as the concrete surface turns matty.
4. The film of SUNPOLICURE will gradually disappear through traffic and weathering.

Confirms to ASTMC – 309 – 74.

COVERAGE

Approximately 10 m2 / L depending upon the surface over which it is applied, wind, humidity and temperature conditions.

PACKING

20, 200 kgs. HDPE / MS containers.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

It has a shelf life of 6 months when stored in original packing in a cool, dry place.
