GENERAL
SUNPOLYSOL is a very low viscosity high molecular weight polymer which is essentially water based. Its water like low viscosity allows it to reach to any cracks honeycombs in concrete up to total length, width and depth at lower pressures. The end product can be in a range of forms from extremely flexible and soft to stronger and inert depending upon the water content of the cured product. The material can undergo swelling and shrinkage. The process is reversible.
In a moisture saturated environment the product will remain stable in volume. Since water is an integral part of the product the material will not affected by wet and dry cycles. Shrinkage & swelling may occur in the product as a result of the water surrounding it. The capability of the cured product to swell and increase in volume due to water absorption is an important characteristic of the product.

- Structural grouting (Reinforced structural elements)
- Soil stabilisation.
- In tunnels and dams.
- For “curtain-injection”, below ground level.
- Water barrier in below ground structures.
PACKING
1, 5 ltrs in HDPE containers.
STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE
It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in original packing in a cool, dry place.
