GROUTS
Grouts are used for filling gaps or for reinforcement in existing structures. Sunanda Global manufactures various grouts like cementitious, epoxy, low viscosity, etc., per the client's requirement.
POLYEXPANSE: (M-45/M-65/M-80) Non-shrink free flow cementitious grout
  • Anchoring of all types of machine bases, heavy equipment, and structural members
  • Grouting beams, bolt pockets, keyways, deep anchors, and column base plates
  • Casting foundations for pumps, compressors, generators, motors, production machinery, etc
  • Ready-to-use, flowable, self-leveling
  • Non-shrink
  • Provides excellent bearing
  • No reinforcement corrosion, discolouration, or efflorescence
  • Positive expansion of 1 to 2%
  • Remove dirt, rust, grease, oil, loose particles, etc., with a water jet
  • Make formwork leakproof using foam rubber strip or mastic sealant between joints
  • Mix POLYEXPANSE with an accurately measured quantity of water in a mixer slowly
  • Mix it continuously for 4-5 minutes
  • Observe the flow of the grout while adding water
  • See to it that the grout does not bleed
  • POLYEXPANSE can be placed in thicknesses up to 100 mm in a single pour
  • The grout is free-flowing and self-leveling
  • Pour mixed grout continuously
  • Pour it either through holes in a base plate or from one side to avoid the formation of air pockets
  • Avoid vibrations of any kind for at least 12 hours
  • Do not add any admixtures or fluidifiers
  • Cure properly
SUNEPOXY 300: Low exotherm, high strength epoxy resin free flow grout
  • Grouting under reciprocating or rotating equipment
  • Crane and transporter rails
  • New and old machine bases lates
  • High-speed turbines and centrifuges
  • Structural filling of holes and cavities in concrete
  • Equipment where chemical and acid spillage occurs
  • Non-shrink; hence offers excellent adhesion to many surfaces, including concrete and metal substrate
  • Low creep characteristics under sustained loading
  • High compressive strength, tensile and flexural strength
  • High resistance to dynamic loads and chemical attack
  • Mix SUNEPOXY 300 part A and part B in a ratio of 3:1
  • Mix using a slow-speed power mixer until homogeneous
  • Pour all the resultant liquid into a suitable mixing vessel
  • Mix for one minute before slowly adding the recommended amount of Part C
  • Continue mixing until a flowing, pourable lump-free consistency is achieved
SUNGEOGROUT: Low-viscosity grout for stabilization and consolidation of sandy/silty soil
  • Soil stabilization – pre-injection and post-injection
  • Water ingress reduction during excavation
  • Dust control
  • Slope stabilization
  • Ground improvement
  • Solvent-free
  • Hydrophilic so effective on wet substrates
  • Low viscosity enables fast and effective penetration
  • Safety and ease of use
  • Simple pumps and grouting equipment can be used
  • Environmental acceptability
  • Adaptability over a wide range of applications
  • Mix part A and part B in the specified ratio
  • Grout must be continuously stirred during the addition of the accelerator
  • It must be fully mixed before grouting into the soil
  • One component cement grout injection pump may be used to grout SUNGEOGROUT
  • All equipment may be cleaned with fresh water
POLYALK MMA: Very low-viscosity, transparent, solvent-free, two-component, methacrylic resin
  • Bridges, decks, parking structures, concrete floors, basements
  • As a general penetrating material to prevent moisture intrusion
  • Low viscosity for easy and excellent penetration into cracks and honeycombs
  • Penetrates cracks by gravity
  • High bond strength & low VOC product
  • Increases compressive strength of concrete
  • Excellent adhesion and chemical resistance
  • Cracks greater than 1/8″ width should be repaired individually before application of flood coat
  • Fill 1/8″ or larger cracks with loose sand
  • Pour a small quantity of mixed POLYALK MMA into the crack, and spread with a paintbrush
  • Allow curing before applying flood coat
POLYCRETE LM: Lime-based hydraulic injection suspension
  • Injection grouting of masonry structures
  • Specifically designed for consolidating and filling voids in historical masonry walls and foundations
  • Suitable for natural stone
  • Highly sulphate resistant binder (DIN/EN 197.1)
  • Chloride-free, no corrosion promotion
  • Non-shrinking
  • Pumpable or gravity-fed due to low viscosity
  • No segregation or bleeding, highly fluid
  • Comparable compressive strength to mortar grade M10-M20
  • POLYCRETE LM application requires proper equipment.
  • Use injection devices and packers for filling and injecting cavities.
POLYCRETE PML: Mortar to refill joints in case of a refurbishment of natural stone Mansory
  • Joining of masonry of natural stones, bricks, clinker, etc
  • Open for water vapour diffusion
  • High sulphate resistance
  • Free of chloride
  • Excellent bond on edges of natural stones
  • Mortar grade M10
  • Jointing of masonry with POLYCRETE PML can be done manually or through spray application.
  • Spray application involves using a pump (spiral or piston pump) with an air-inlet at the injector to insert the mortar.
POLYBLOCK: Two-component product to block rising dampness
  • It is suitable wherever damp patches appear on walls above plinths or floors in heritage structures
  • Old buildings, buildings located on low lands, etc., due to the rise of water through capillaries
  • Two liquid components react to form a barrier that blocks the capillaries
  • As a result, it prevents the rise of water through these capillaries
  • Easily penetrate as both the components are liquid
  • Drill holes in the wall at specified spacing
  • Grout POLYBLOCK (part A) into the holes
  • Continue grouting until the absorption is negligible
  • After about 30 minutes, start grouting POLYBLOCK (part B)
  • After the reaction takes place (i.e., the next day), the holes may be suitably sealed
  • Further repair work can continue
POLYALK 2M1P: Low-viscosity, three component, 2-(methoxycarbonyl)-1- propene based material
  • POLYALK 2M1P is typically used on bridge decks, parking structures, concrete floors, basements
