- High-performance concrete
- Workability retention concrete
- Safe for use in prestressed and reinforced concrete
- Hot weather concreting where rapid slump loss occurs
- Conforms to IS: 9103:1999 and ASTM – C 494M – 99a, 1999 type G
- Increased workability with reduced water
- Flowing yet very cohesive
- Easy to pump
- High early strength due to high water reduction
- Chloride free
- Add POLYTANCRETE SPR to the pre-wetted concrete mix at a rate of 0.8 to 1.2% by weight of a binder
- Actual site trials have to be carried out to minimize the optimum dose for the intended application
- Mix the measured quantity of POLYTANCRETE SPR with part of the gauging water and then add to the mix

In plastic concrete:
- Improves workability
- Reduces segregation and water requirements In hardened concrete
- Increases strength
- Improves finished appearance
- Reduces cracking and permeability
- Conforms to ASTM C 494 type F & IS 9103 for chemical admixture
- Reduce water-cement ratio while maintaining workability
- Increases strength of the concrete/ mortar by reducing water content
- It is soluble
- Add it to the gauging water
- It is desirable to have trial mixes to assess the actual effect of the ingredients under field conditions
- Always use measured quantities

- Hyperplasticizer in the production of free-flowing concrete for all precast and RMC concrete slabs
- Foundations, walls, columns, piers, high-strength concretes, etc
- Reduced water/cement ratio while maintaining workability
- Improved placeability in slender components with packed reinforcements
- Decreased need for extensive vibration for compaction
- Compatibility with standard plasticizers and retarders for synergized mixes
- High early strengths for precast or early stripping
- POLYTANCRETE HP is water soluble and should be added to the gauging water used in concrete/mortar mixing.
- Add 500-1500 ml of POLYTANCRETE HP per 100 kg of cementitious material, depending on the desired slump or workability of the concrete.
- Conduct trial mixes to determine the optimal dosage and observe actual effects in field conditions.
- Due to variations in materials, job site conditions, and applications, dosages outside the recommended range may be necessary.
- Effects of overdosage include: extended initial and final set times, mix bleed/segregation, quick loss of workability, and increased plastic shrinkage.

- Add POLYTANCRETE SF to the pre-wetted concrete mix at a rate of 0.4 to 0.8 %
- Add it to the weight of cementitious material
- Mix the measured quantity of POLYTANCRETE SF with the remaining 10-20 % of the gauging water
- Then add it
To fix concrete that looks bad, clean the surface thoroughly, addressing stains or discoloration. Repair cracks with filler, resurface damaged areas, and consider applying a concrete overlay for a fresh appearance. Staining or painting the concrete and adding decorative elements can also enhance its aesthetic appeal, providing a cost-effective improvement.
Yes, you can repair concrete yourself for minor issues. Patching small cracks or holes with a concrete patching compound and using epoxy or polymer-based resurfacers for surface repairs are common DIY solutions. However, for significant damage or structural issues, consulting a professional is recommended for proper assessment and repair.
The longevity of concrete repair depends on the extent of the damage, the repair method applied, and the quality of materials used. When done correctly, concrete repairs can last for an extended period, providing durability and restoring the structural integrity of the surface. Regular maintenance can further extend the lifespan of the repair.
