The Application:

The engineering team approved Sunanda Global’s protective coatings for the Kalina flyover bridge project, a high-performance coatings system designed to protect concrete and steel structures from water, moisture, and aggressive chemicals.

The team customised the coating system to withstand the extreme weather conditions of Mumbai, including high humidity, heavy rainfall, and high temperatures.

Conclusion:

Sunanda Global’s protective coating solution was crucial in ensuring the bridge’s durability and longevity, making it a successful project for both the contractors and Sunanda Global.

The high-performance protective coating has excellent weathering and UV resistance and increases the service life of the flyover.

The contractors were impressed with the quality and appreciated Sunanda Global’s technical support and assistance in the application process, which ensured a smooth and successful coating operation.
