It has been eight years since the first Mumbai Metro One passage started. The city will get two even more lines: Metro 2A and Metro 7, intended to reduce traffic congestion and local trains’ overcrowding by up to one-third.
Metro 2A ranges from Dahisar (West) to D.N. Nagar (Andheri West), and Metro 7, from Dahisar (East) to Andheri (East). These would immensely benefit commuters in the north-western suburbs of Mumbai.
