More than 50 businesses in India, including Accenture, L&T Infotech Ltd, Cognizant Technology, and Capegemini Group, are housed in the parks developed by Mindspace.
Mindspace’s buildings are designed and built to have a reduced effect on the environment. Some of its projects, like Madhapur, received recognition with a gold rating certificate from USGBC.
The Application:
Navi Mumbai’s Mindspace required the coating for its multi-storey car park to be solid and long-lasting.
